Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (7–10 business days)

  • Express Shipping (2–6 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200 AUD.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use Australia Post, but may use other trusted carriers to ensure efficient delivery.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at bigwig.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide!
BigWig is proud to offer international shipping to most countries.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your country’s customs and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

RETURNS

Return Policy

We want you to love your BigWig gear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags still attached

  • Returned with proof of purchase

How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at bigwig.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
